All VWs suck,

Ive owned a few. And have a broke one in te garage now.Generally speaking VWs are big on marketing and small on Reliability. The only real reason to want one is if you want a diesel and 50 mpg. You are always better off with an escort. But they look cool , so people buy. Usually they screw a generation, which never buys again. Then they wait a few years and advertise to the next generation. And start all over.

All VWs suck, – Hopefully our websites stay up that long to forewarn the future generations. My 4 year old says to me everytime he see’s a VW, “Mom, look its a VW and they suck. We hate our Jetta right mom?” I’m preparing him early. I told him that we will never buy another VW again. Just keep spreading the word, tell your kids, that these cars suck. They may be cute and I have to say that the convertibles look like Barbie cars, but they suck.

    All VWs suck, – Vern

You are right. In the early eighties VW was saying it was normal to use a quart of oil every four or five hundred miles. Enough people got screwed to reach a critical mass. VW sales dropped to almost nothing. A new generation came along. A new generation to be screwed. It’s reaching critical mass again. VW sales have dropped for three years in a row. VW’s spin doctors are trying to put a spin on it but those of us that have been screwed know the real reason.
