VW Schaudenfreude.
Hey gang, good news, my site (SuckerCars.com) was featured on CustomerEvangelists.com , The Church of the Customer. I truly beleive that what we are doing with our websites and spreading word via word of mouth is the right thing. We have created our own VW Customer Evangelist Sales Team. What is best for the consumer is to inform the consumer, hail to all of you out there fighting and posting your stories or your websites. Manufacturers should stand behind their product, not hide in the dark or behind their legal team or their great marketing schemes. The following website that I’m posting hits the nail on the head, your customers could break you or sing your praises, which do you choose?

VW Schaudenfreude. – Wow, great article!
I truly believe that, when the consumer is screwed by a company that well knows the issue and how to remediate them yet refuses to do the right thing, one of the best methods is to counter-advertise. That’s exactly what we’re all doing.
You’ve inspired me to circle back to this site and dress it up a little… categorize complaints, make it searchable, stuff like that. Any suggestion and feedback is truly appreciated.
You go, girl!
