New Audi
WOW!!! The new Audi S4 loaded is 51,770… What makes this car that expensive? I could but a 5 series BMW for that much and I think thats a much better social status symbol. Shot most Audi’s are over priced… its like buying Acura… over priced Honda’s. But I have seen many Audis driving around and they are very attractive cars! You can even buy a new vette for 51,000, and now we are talking mmmmm Corvette!!!

New Audi – The vehicle has a 4.2 liter V8 motor in it, thats why it is so expensive.

A BMW in Los Angeles is not much of a status symbol — everyone has one (I kid you not).
I also find Audis far more comfortable than BMWs on the inside.
Think of the G35 platform… a G35 Coupe is around $35k, but you can get a lighter, faster variant in the 350Z… but now instead of a comfortable driving environment you’re in a rattling, cheap interior.
If all you want is performance, buy a Neon SRT-4 — those things are ridiculously cheap for the performance in speed and handling, and can be upgraded by the DEALER with go-fast parts.
An Acura is far more comfortable and has a better interior than a Honda… so yes, engine wise, handling wise, you’re not seeing much of a difference — the price tag is based on the seats, the surfaces, the A/V system, the driver controls and options.

New Audi – wow this post is way old… how did anyone even find it… i still wont buy a S4 for that kind of money… much better things out for the same price… but every person has their own… thats my opinion.
