How chek 2.0L jetta engine for leaks

Does some body know how check for engine leaks (false air) in a Jetta AEG 2.0L. I have VAG-COM, Bently’s manual and it says the I have to use a special spray, but somebody knows where can I get it or what else tool or spray can I use and that be easy to get in regular market.

How chek 2.0L jetta engine for leaks – One way is to create a closed system, attach an air pump, pressurize the system, and listen for the leak — you can also use soapy water to look for bubbles instead of listening.

How chek 2.0L jetta engine for leaks – Put soapy water in a spray bottle. You will see bubbles. Good luck. Also, if you have a vac leak, your check engine light should come on. A diagnostic tool can pin point the problem. Have you tried your local dealer?
