Jetta 2004 Special Edition SNRF Leak

I had the worst nightmare experience at New Country VW in Greenwich, CT. I discovered a water leak in my Jetta at the base of the passenger side A pillar where water would subsequently pool into the passegner(and later driver’s side) foot wells. I brought the car in for service and 3 weeks later the car is stillin shambles! They had to replace the carpet and, in doing so, tried to deliver the car to me in sub-standard condition after the serice was completed improperly. They failed to replace the plastic seat rail covers with new parts and literally ‘placed’ the old ones back without mounting them or fastening them…the worst part of it all is that after three long disappointing weeks the car is still in disrepair and is STILL leaking. VW service has the car now and need to replace the roof liner and sunroof control console. They are being better about it now, but over the past three weeks have been DEPLORABLE!!! I’ll update soon.

SNRF Leak – But man they have a nice service / waiting room!
    Kidding.
Really sorry to hear of your troubles. I bought my Jetta(s) <–( don’t ask I have been trying to come up with a good explnataion for this forums audience) there.
In May I plan to update everyone on my Tiptronich’s lack of response and VW’s reasuurance that this is normal. I really want my TDI 5speed back but that was another life…. hold the tears please.
