Buybacks
I know that VWoA is EXTREMELY reluctant to buyback a car. If they boughtback every lemon they would be swamped with buybacks. I know that when I sent VWoA A registered mail letter in regards to my states lemon law, they replied that they would continue to work with my dealer to make the car right. In other words ” We know that we screwed you, but we would like the opportunity to keep screwing you”. I see that a number of people have been given the option of trading in their VW’s for a new VW. This seems like a continuation of the “We know we screwed you, but we would like to continue to screw you” mandate. Has anyone actually had VWoA buy their car! If so, who was the law firm that represented you? I think that it would an an extreme service to VW owners to know what law firms are familiar with dealing with VWoA.

name me one – auto maker that takes back cars with open arms and smiling faces, and i’ll give you a bozo button, but i’m sure you already have a couple.
or maybe the “”they replied that they would continue to work with my dealer to make the car right. In other words “” We know that we screwed you, but we would like the opportunity to keep screwing you”".”" is vw really saying they are goning to try to resolve your issue, which if they knew how malicious you are and vocal against their product, they most certainly would not.

VW Salesmen – jasenm, I realize that you were a VW salesman. I realize that trying to foist VW’s on unsuspecting victims on a daily basis can have an affect on a man’s soul. Therefore, I consider the source when I read your replies. Good luck at the BMW dealership. It was the right choice.

Buybacks – Getting back to buybacks, I would like to hear the details of anyone who has had VWoA buy back their lemon outright. I think it would be an extreme service to any VW victim to list law firms that have had success in dealing with VWoA.

Used Car Auctions – They would go to the used car auctions. Be very careful of used VW’s. Although, I think that VW has bought back very few VW’s. If they had bought back every VW that was a lemon, they would have had to buy back A huge number of cars. That would have swamped VW. That is why thet screwed so many people.

People walk into dealerships on their own accord, and often pulled up IN an accord, looking to trade up. i’m guessing your being sarcastic, but, whatever.
