My daughter’s VW Bug has an warning light next to the “”P”" (Park) indicator. The car will not shift out of park. Does anyone know what this light means and what needs to be fixed? HELP we can’t even move the car to bring it into the service center. Thanks!

I was pulling into my driveway last night and my ABS light lit up yellow. can anyone help me here? I have no clue what can be wrong, I dont have my owners manual. if that would help anyway. but please help if you can.
