I think that the car buying public should thank Rick, who started this site, and all the other people that have come forward to pass on their experiences with VW. If all these people had not come forward VW would probably still be installing defective window regulators and worse. Thank you to all the people that have shined a light on VW’s dark practices.

Here, here! – In a rare lucid moment, VWVictim reminds us to thank Paul for his willingness to rationally wade through this drivel and give those of us who’ve been disappointed by our VWs a place to bitch about it. True, if not for these forums VW may not have responded to these issues. I’ve said it before, Paul. Thanks for making the forum available.
