I dealt with 2 different Rep's. (read my profile) I would call the #800 vw line, write a letter, and insist that the Dealership get the Rep. involved. Probably too late to file under the lemon law. Mostly due to their massive quality control problems and VWoA's refusal to stand behind their product. The dealers are the one that have born the brunt of this. They are hurting badly. When you go through the doors of a VW dealership they are going to POUNCE on you and wring you for every cent that they can. VWoA has had several years of losing money in the US, more than a billion dollars in one year. They are not going to be eager to stand behind their product, as so many on this site can attest to.
