Whenever you bring the vehicle in for service make sure that they mark down on the service order everything that you complain about. Make sure that this is the receipt that you receive back from them. Document the mileage on every oil change change and make sure that the oil changes are within the specified mileage. Make sure that you use the oil specified by VW ( another reason for getting the manuals). Save all of this documentation for your attorney. If you have any problems with the vehicle during the warranty period and you do not receive immediate satisfaction, contact your attorney. Do not waste your time trying to get satisfaction on your own. There is a growing number of attorneys that are familiar with VWoA's business practices.
