Love the VW
OK the ‘60 Beetle was a little underpowered. The ‘89 Jetta was real good car. And the ‘98 Jetta is terrific. 157,000 miles and runs like new. OK the cruise control no longer works, but the engine, transmission and body are just right. Love that car.

If you treat her right you should be good for at least another 350,000 Km’s. Give her an overhaul and a million kilometres is not out of the question.
